During my past year or so (2023 - 24) I have primarily been working on the SkillsVR Content creation Kit (CCK). This is a tool which intends to simplify the process of creating a VR learning scenario. It offers users a node based click and drag logic arrangement on something we call a graph. We predefined tens of nodes all capable of unique processes and package them alongside pre-built environment scenes and generic NPC characters.

This is effectively a series of massive unity editor mods which both replace and reinterprets aspects of the unity engine.

One specific key feature of note which I was responsible for (outside of general bug capture and maintenance) is the importing and creation of interactable and socket-able props along with their corresponding Drag and Drop node. This let’s users add their own 3d assets and set them up to work with our system of interaction in the virtual space.

Another key feature I implemented into the CCK was the face tracking and eye tracking capabilities which truly sets VR apart from all other platforms. This development process involved everything from priming all potential headsets to work within their hardware's limitations, while still offering users the tools to build scenarios with these powerful telemetry metrics in mind.
